Age Divisions Based on GRADE: (all age-groups are co-ed)

Registration Fees 2026:
PreK through 7th/8th/9th Grade Groups:

Early Bird Registration: $75 (December 27, 2025 – January 11, 2026)
Regular Registration: $85 (January 12 – February 8, 2026)
Late Registration: $95 (For Age-Groups with space available) (February 9, 2026- February 21, 2026)
* Please note: Registration may close sooner for groups that reach maximum roster limits
before the end of the registration period *
10th, 11th & 12th Grade Group Registration:

New Coaches who complete the coaching requirements by the deadline will receive a 50% reimbursement (for the child on the team they are coaching)
Returning Coaches who complete the coaching requirements by the deadline will receive one player reimbursement (in full) (for the child on the team they are coaching)

| between 2/23/2026 and 4/6/2026 | 50% refund (to cover processing fees & any associated costs, including, but not limited to the cost of any uniform ordered, EPYSA Player Fees, etc.) |
| After 4/6/2026 | No refund will be issued once the season begins (4/7/2026) |
